Hey Frank. Sealaska has revitalized its minerals exploration program on Prince of Wales last year. I am not been up to date on where they are at with that program. The Organized Village of Kasaan is organizing a POW Mining Symposium this spring to discuss the mining activities that are taking on the island. Perhaps there will be an update there.
My energies has been focused on what’s going on across the political border in Canada as those projects are moving along much quicker than what’s going on in Southeast and offer less opportunities for local affected communities to be involved.
Much going on in Tlingit Aani!
